Principles of processing personal data

Information according to Article 13 Regulation of the European Parliament and Council no. 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR Regulation") and §19 of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain laws and later regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act").

Company Streams s. r. o., ID number: 36 421 928, registered office: Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, Bratislava - Rača district 831 06 (hereinafter also "Operator") is the operator of the GASTON system, in which this company processes your personal data as the personal data of the person concerned.

The operator proceeds with the processing of personal data in accordance with the legal order of the Slovak Republic, while paying maximum attention to the privacy of the persons concerned and the protection of the personal data it processes.

Basis for personal data processing

The processing of obtained and provided personal data is an essential part of the Operator's activities. Without the processing of personal data, its clients, potential clients, business partners, nor could he provide his services to other affected persons in the required scope and quality.

Basis for personal data processing

Personal data is processed only on the basis and to the extent of the consent of the person concerned. The operator processes personal data to the minimum extent necessary for the purposes of invoicing for delivered service and sending informative newsletters.

Provision of data

Personal data processed by the operator will not be provided and processed by third parties.

Security of personal data

The operator processes personal data manually or using electronic information systems. The operator has taken all the necessary measures, not only of a technical nature, but also of a personnel and control nature, so that the level of personal data protection has the maximum degree of security.

Rights of the data subject

The person concerned has the right to: a. to request from the Operator access to personal data concerning the person concerned,
b. to correct, delete, or limit the processing of personal data,
c. to object to the processing of personal data,
d. for portability of personal data,
e. file a complaint or proposal to initiate proceedings to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic,
f. revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
Any questions related to the protection of personal data can be sent by the person concerned to the email: contact@streams.guru, or directly to the address of the Operator's headquarters. The operator is obliged to notify the affected person of a breach of personal data protection without undue delay, if such a breach of personal data protection may lead to a high risk for the rights of the person concerned. The operator hereby provides information about the responsible person. Changes to the principles of personal data processing

We may modify or update this information about the processing of personal data in the future. If we make changes, it will be updated, among other things, to include the date of the last modification at the beginning of these. If we make changes that would have a significant impact on your privacy, we will notify you and others in an appropriate way (e.g. by e-mail or notification of the location in the environment of our services).
